All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
We only offer refunds or replacements if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item, size, or design was delivered
- Your item is lost in transit (based on tracking info)
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 10 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue (e.g. damaged product, incorrect item)
