Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.


📦 Print-on-Demand Products

All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.


Eligible Returns & Refunds

We only offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • The wrong item, size, or design was delivered

  • Your item is lost in transit (based on tracking info)

To be eligible, you must:

  1. Contact us within 10 days of delivery

  2. Include clear photos of the issue (e.g. damaged product, incorrect item)

📧 Email us at info@viringee.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
  • In case of an unsuccessful delivery such as a delivery driver tried to deliver a package but could not complete the delivery for various reasons, such as no one being home, an incorrect or incomplete address, inaccessible location, or if a signature is required you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. 
  • For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects. Also, due to different printing equipment and processes, minor color variations in the final product's color could be possible.

🔁 What Happens Next?

If your claim is approved:

  • We’ll send a replacement item free of charge
    OR

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Note: We do not require returns for defective items.


📏 Sizing Issues

Please refer to our size charts before placing an order. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that don’t fit as expected unless the delivered size is different from what was ordered.


Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved. Replacement orders may take additional production time (typically 3–7 business days + shipping).
