We provide free shipping worldwide. We use a third party provider to fulfill all our products, which means your items are shipped directly from their global network.

Below is an overview of our shipping process.

Production Time: Most items are made-to-order and typically take 2–5 business days to produce. Once production is complete, shipping times vary by destination:

We offer international shipping to most countries. However, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

We only offer refunds or replacements if:

• The product arrives damaged or defective
  
• The wrong item, size, or design was delivered
  
• Your item is lost in transit (based on tracking info)
  

To be eligible, you must:

1. Contact us within 10 days of delivery
   
2. Include clear photos of the issue (e.g. damaged product, incorrect item)

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved. Replacement orders may take additional production time (typically 3–7 business days + shipping).
